Hi Dave,

I'm testing the Linux version of the Designer since my Linux laptop is my main development box. I have access to a Mac but to go back and forth is cumbersome so I'm welcoming the Linux version of the designer!

Now on to the problem: when I save a project, I can choose any name.extension I want, the Designer does not prescribe a specific extension. However, when I want to load a project, it must be of the type "Embedded menu" and it doesn't "see" my project. I tried a number of extensions: .tcc, .tcmenu, .tcm, .tcp but to no avail.

What's happening here?

Hi there good to know that Linux is being tested. We’ll be making a proper release of it soon.

The file extension for a designer project should be .emf

Thanks for the quick reply.

I can confirm, after adding the extension I'm able to load the saved projects.
